During the recruitment and selection process, the company's application database, human resources and recruitment sites as well as consultant companies are used. All applicants are expected to be graduates of reputable universities in Turkey or abroad and be fluent in written and spoken English. Besides the specific qualifications needed for each position, an applicant who aims to become a member of CIMTAS should be in possession of the following competencies: • Good communication skills • Self confidence and self motivation • Team orientation • Learning ability • Creativity • Customer orientation |
As soon as your application reaches our Human Resources Department, the recruitment and selection process begins. Firstly, your skills and experience will be analyzed and matched with the vacant positions of the company. If you are determined to be a suitable candidate, you will then be invited for an interview at the first available opportunity. Applications, which do not match the required qualifications for immediate available vacant positions but satisfy requirements mentioned above, will be placed in our database for future reference. Your CV's will be kept in our database for one year from your last update will be continuously open to evaluation. The first stage of interview process will be conducted by Human Resources Department. Interviews are supported by the measurements of behaviour (personality) test as well as with theoretical and language tests, where needed. The second stage of interviews |
will be conducted by participation of related department managers. For the candidates, who will be evaluated according to their technical knowledge, personality and character that conforms to the CIMTAS culture, a reference check will be made at the last stage of recruitment. A job offer will be made to all candidates who pass employment evaluations and the employment procedure will be realized. Candidates, who cannot be placed in a position as a result of the interviews, will have their records kept in the database to be evaluated at a later date as vacancies arise within the company.
