Training and development programs at CIMTAS are an integral part of the continuous improvement and are essential for creating a common corporate culture, developing total quality and zero accident awareness and improving the current potential of our employees. Within these programs internal and outsourced training, seminars, meetings, fairs, introductions, orientations are implemented. The training programs of the employees are planned and implemented according to the requirements of the company and performance evaluation results of the employees.

Each new employee first goes through an orientation program to acquaint him/herself with the activities of the company then learns to use advanced information and communication systems of the company. Participations to Health, Safety and Environment, Work Processes, Problem Solving, Enterprise Resource Planning, Electronic Document Management, Total Quality, ISO 9000, Kaizen Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma Programs are typical.
