CIMTAS
has become a world-class company by satisfying the expectations of its customers
and for its reliability. This reputation has been earned by CIMTAS through its
technological leadership, the quality of its services and products, dedicated
and skillful participation of its workforce and their relentless adherence to
ethics and commitments. CIMTAS’ objective now is to be the best in its class. The
only way to attain this objective is to embed the quality across a traceable,
documented and continuously improvable management system that can be implemented
independent of individuals. To
that end, CIMTAS’ current Quality Assurance System is replaced with a new
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to regulate all factors, processes and functions that
relate to quality. The new system is developed and implemented based on the 2000
edition of international ISO 9001 quality standards. CIMTAS’
quality related targets and commitments are defined by its executives vested
with the responsibility of implementing its Quality Policy. The said
implementation will be executed by the dedicated and unconditional participation
of all CIMTAS employees within the framework of the organizational structure,
responsibilities and authorities, scope, safeguards, procedures, instructions
and principles that are stated in the new Quality Manual. Through
this process, comprehensive risk analysis including assessment of customer past
experience will be carried out prior to the start of each new project; each and
every factor and process critical to quality (CTQ) will be determined and
evaluated; related precautions will be taken in a timely manner; targets towards
continuous improvement will be determined; deviations will be minimized and
their recurrence prevented; by timely attainment of product quality via
efficient resource utilization competitiveness will be sustained and thus
customer satisfaction through superior service will be assured. CIMTAS
will ensure that the said Quality Policy will be comprehensible at every level
of its institution, applicable to all its businesses and processes, sustainable
and continuously improved by way of the lessons learned from undesired
