April '10: Cimtas acquired majority stake in German engineering company IBH

Cimtas acquired the majority stake of IBH Engineering GmbH which is based in Ludwigshafen, Germany with about 100 engineers and technical staff. IBH delivers project management, consultancy and engineering services for the power, chemical, pharma and water industries with special expertise in planning and calculation of piping. IBH is certified to KTA 1401 for nuclear power plants and ISO 9001.
