Sep'05: Cimtas fabricates the steel frame of Enka City Tower

When completed the building will be the tallest high rise in Moscow with 63 storeys, 58 above ground and 5 under. The total weight of the steel frame which consists of 125.000 fabrication components with 560.000 bolt holes will be 11.000 tons and be fabricated at the Gemlik Works of Cimtas in 7 months by utilizing 7 CNC cutting/drilling machines and 2 robotic welding systems. The largest mill section to be processed for this work will be 1.1 ton/meter sections with 125 mm flange thickness.
